On page optimization and off page optimization is the two types of strategy for new website SEO. In on page optimization includes keyword research, Meta title, Meta description, Meta keyword, ALT tag for images, set up URL, content management for every web page and so on. Don't afraid about this, you can easily start seo for your new website by following below strategy.

1) You should first analyze your competitor website. How they came first for same services in Serps?
2) You should analyze your website on-page like; Meta title, Meta description, Meta keyword, Alt tag for image, heading tags, set up URL, interlinking, content management for every web page.
2) After completed your on-page you should go next step with off-page like; article submission, social bookmarking submission, directory submission, forum posting, blog commenting and creation, video creation, press release submission and so on.
