Before starting a search engine optimization of my site, I would like to know ‘competitor analysis. What the things should I consider in this competitor analysis. If you guys have any idea about this please help me.

There are different angles you can look upon when doing competitor analysis. And the tools you need may depend on which angle you want to see about the competition.

For instance, if you want to look on how well the on-page optimization has been by your competitors, you may use the websitegrader.com as well as aboutus.org sites. These sites provides free on-page analysis on a site's homepage.

Moreover, if you want to look at how the competition are linking back to their pages and where they've placed their links on, you can use blacklinkwatch.com and linkdiagnosis.com - both tools are working perfect for backlink analysis.
