Hi,
Organic SEO is natural and free of cost way to bring traffic to your site which has long term impact though it is time consuming. It is suited to all type of business. But yes we do not get immediate result.
Inorganic SEO on the other hand provides result in very short time. Through Inorganic SEO we get immediate result as because it is paid service. It is very easy to understand and get targeted traffic. But not applicable for all kind of business. :)

Organic SEO is way to get free of cost traffic on your website and organic SEO is natural way but it is time consuming or long term process. BY organic SEO we can’t get quick result but it is useful to all type of business.
Inorganic SEO is paid process so we can get result in very short time and very fast because by use of inorganic SEO we get targeted traffic but it is not applicable for all kind of business.

As far as I understand, Inorganic SEO is not so ethical and you may be penalized for it.

Well, all SEO is technically "organic" but its a matter of ethics/fear of getting caught violating Google's guidelines. Its not very black and white, but more greyish.
Usually organic/inorganic simply is used to refer to free or paid traffic - this is the first time I've heard it being used at it applies to SEO itself.
