No Follow
Do you make all the external links on your website do follow or no follow?
For my own personal sites - If I want to sell links on them I make it do follow but if I'm not selling any adspace then I make them no follow.

On my blog links to friends and to authority sites are do-follow, while links on comments and on the "top commentators" list are no-follow.

When we are building link we generally makes do follow links because they helps to get the higher ranking into the search engine and PR but i also making some links from the no follow websites which are really great and generating good traffic. Having some good quality no follow links can also help us to get the higher ranking into the SERPs.

Actually do-follow links will helps us to rank well on search engine. But no-follow links will also be very important in getting huge traffic to our website.

Nofollow refers to a link attribute that allows website owners to tell search engines that a particular link does not confer credit to the target site. The site is crawled but not indexed in google's index.While it's a no follow link you cannot get the link juice.

Attribute used to prevent a link from passing link authority. Commonly used on sites with user generated content, like in blog comments.
The code to use nofollow on a link appears like
<a href="http://www.papachina.com" rel="nofollow">anchor text </a>
Nofollow can also be used in a robots meta tag to prevent a search engine from counting any outbound links on a page. This code would look like this
<META NAME="ROBOTS" CONTENT="INDEX, NOFOLLOW">

Both nofollow and dofollow links are important for any website...This is also true that it becomes sometimes difficult to find the resources which offers us dofollow links easily.
